Data we collect and purposes
We only process data actively provided by users or automatically generated during browsing:
- Contact and enquiries: name, email address, and message content. Purpose: to handle your request and maintain commercial communication. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Newsletter subscription: email address. Purpose: to send KØS commercial and editorial communications. Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and session duration, collected via Google Analytics 4. Purpose: statistical analysis of website traffic. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) provided through the cookie management banner.
Retention periods
