Narrative & Campaigns
We build the stories and campaigns that move culture, not just metrics. The kind people repeat.
What it is
A narrative is the story your brand tells across every touchpoint. A campaign is how that story enters culture at a specific moment. We build both: the durable narrative architecture, and the campaigns that carry it.
Messaging that is briefable and repeatable beats messaging that is merely correct. We write for memory.
The KØS view
Impressions are rented. A story people repeat is owned.
When you need it
You are probably here because of one of these:
- Your message is different in every room, and every deck.
- Your campaigns earn impressions but not memory.
- You have a position, but no story a person can actually retell.
- A launch, a milestone or a cultural moment needs to land, and land hard.
What you get
Deliverables
- A narrative architecture: the core story and the messages that support it.
- Campaign concepts and platforms built to travel.
- Messaging guidelines that are short, sharp and briefable.
- The lines that do the heavy lifting, written to be said out loud.

Questions & answers
What is narrative architecture?
Narrative architecture is the structured story a brand tells everywhere: one core idea, supported by a small set of consistent messages. It keeps every team, deck and channel telling the same story.
Is this advertising?
No. We build the narrative and the campaign thinking, the story and the platform. Production and media can be handled by your existing partners, or by collaborators we bring in. We are the strategy and the idea, not the ad agency.
How is a campaign different from a narrative?
The narrative is durable: it lives for years across every touchpoint. A campaign is a moment: it takes the narrative and makes it land at a specific time, for a specific audience, with a specific provocation.
